Wellness FridaysA key component to our People-First Culture is Wellness Fridays! All full-time team members are encouraged to wrap up their work week at 1 p.m. on Fridays.
Some of our teammates work in varying time zones, may not normally don’t work on Fridays, or are unable to take advantage of Wellness Fridays because of business needs, but there's where our Big Fish FLEX program comes in. Our Leaders are empowered to support team member wellbeing through flexibility.
