Ready To Rise
Ready to Rise is a 12-month career development program for Aristocrat women and their allies. It aims to promote development equity, provide female employees with access to career-enhancing learning and development opportunities, and foster cross-functional connections. Male employees who want to champion women’s development and gender equality are welcome to participate. The curated learning experiences include self-paced online learning, group learning, coaching, and self-awareness building through strengths identification and workshops. The program provides individuals with the structure and autonomy to advance their own unique career goals and helps build a diverse leadership pipeline. The program currently comprises more than 500 participants globally.
