· Create compelling content across a range of channels, including Ally (our intranet), Viva Engage, LinkedIn, leadership communications, and employee campaigns.

· Write, edit, publish, and coordinate content that informs, connects, and inspires employees across the region.
· Partner with leaders to develop key messages, executive communications, presentations, speaking notes, and strategic employee updates.
· Lead the planning and delivery of town halls, all-hands meetings, and employee events, including content development and production support.
· Collaborate with the VP Internal Communications, People & Culture, and business leaders to create memorable employee engagement initiatives.
· Work across functions to develop impactful communications campaigns and manage creative briefs through our Creative Hub.
· Manage communications planning and editorial calendars, ensuring effective prioritisation of messages and initiatives.
· Leverage data, insights, and analytics to measure effectiveness and continuously improve communication channels, processes, and employee experiences.
· Provide support on communication issues and change initiatives as required.
Serve as a trusted communications partner to leaders across the business, helping elevate communication effectiveness throughout the organisation.
What We’re Looking For
· 5+ years' experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Employee Engagement, or a related field.
· Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft messages that resonate with different audiences.
· Experience supporting executive communications and translating business strategy into engaging employee content.
· Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
· The ability to build trusted relationships across cultures, functions, and geographies.
· Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong accountability and attention to detail.
· Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
· Curiosity about emerging technologies and a passion for leveraging AI and new tools to improve communications and employee experiences.
