Own program outcomes by aligning delivery plans with quantifiable business objectives, customer impact, financial considerations, and executive-level success metrics.

10+ years of experience leading complex programs, critical initiatives, enterprise delivery efforts, or related cross-functional transformation work.
Proven success operating as a seasoned program leader across multiple functional areas, preferably in product, technology, gaming, digital, or similarly complex environments.
Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to frame complex issues, risks, decisions, dependencies, and trade-offs clearly for senior leadership.
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, build trust with collaborators, and gain alignment in sensitive, ambiguous, or fast-paced situations.

Experience working with globally distributed teams and within environments involving regulatory, compliance, operational, or commercialization constraints.
Advanced proficiency with enterprise delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and Power BI.
