What You'll Do

• Lead and complete marketing campaigns to improve player engagement and retention.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to determine and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, applying data to make informed decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key collaborators to ensure alignment and success.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
• Build and present detailed reports on marketing activities and their outcomes.
• Coordinate with the creative team to produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Drive the development of promotional content that resonates with our target audience.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Identify and implement innovative marketing tactics to keep us ahead of the competition.

What We're Looking For

• More than 1 years of experience in a marketing position, ideally in the gaming sector.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing marketing campaigns.
• Outstanding analytical abilities and the capacity to interpret intricate data.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and collaborators.
• Experience with prioritisation for effective workload management.
• Knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies.
• Creative approach with the ability to develop outstanding marketing concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming community.
