Our EIG Pillars

Employee Impact Groups (EIGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups whose aim is to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace aligned with organisational values and goals. Each EIG is created around a demographic characteristic that is typically under-represented in the organisation.

​​​​​​​The purpose of EIGs is to enable the participation and engagement of employees in diversity and inclusion and to foster an understanding of the needs and interests of employees in their groups, along with allies, to support a culture of inclusion at Aristocrat. Currently, there are four pillars of EIGs at Aristocrat globally and local EIG chapters of each of thse can be formed regionally.
