Employee Impact Groups

These are voluntary, employee-led groups that aim to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace aligned with core organizational values and goals. Each EIG is created by employees, for employees, with the goal of providing additional resources and visibility to traditionally underrepresented groups.
EIGs enable the participation and engagement of employees in diversity and inclusion, and to foster an understanding of the needs and interests of employees in their groups, along with allies, to support a culture of inclusion at Aristocrat. These four EIG pillars exist at Aristocrat globally, and local EIG chapters of each can be formed regionally.

Ready to Rise

Global Women & Allies Leadership Program

Ready to Rise is a 12-month career development program for Aristocrat women and their allies. Female participants gain access to career-enhancing learning and development opportunities and foster cross-functional connections. For ally participants, Ready to Rise offers education about allyship and gender equality along with resources on championing women. The program’s curated learning experiences provide individuals with the structure and autonomy to advance their personal career goals.
